
Case Manager
Lily is a compassionate mental health professional on the case management team. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Psychology, a minor in Sociology, and certificates in Public Health and in Care, Health, and Resilience. Lily is also currently pursuing a certificate program in Addiction Counseling. She has experience in psychiatric client care, therapeutic communication, and peer support, and values collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to learn about and support client-centered treatment planning. Lily is passionate about advancing equitable and inclusive mental health care. She is particularly interested in whole-person models that integrate therapeutic, psychiatric, and lifestyle interventions to support mental health and recovery. She values ongoing learning and reflective practice, and approaches her work with curiosity and care.
In her personal time, Lily values quality time with family, friends, and pets. She enjoys spending time outside, whether going for walks, or just sitting in the sun. Her hobbies include thrifting, interior design, getting coffee with loved ones, and self-care. Lily believes that prioritizing self-care is important for caring for others most effectively.
