Director of Admissions

Juan handles admissions at Red Ribbon Recovery Colorado. He answers the first call, runs the benefits check, and explains how PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient differ so people can pick a level of care based on something other than a guess. If someone needs a different starting point than what the Louisville facility provides, he helps arrange it.

His own recovery is what brought him into the field. Since then, he has worked in treatment settings, spoken at community events, and sponsored others individually. That experience is the reason a call with him doesn’t feel like an intake script.

He coordinates both in-person admissions in Louisville and virtual clients across Colorado.
